We are pleased to make our condo available for rent at the Palm Crescent complex in the nearby Hua Hin neighborhood of Palm Hills Golf & Residences. The ideal location for an amazing golf vacation with plenty of other chances to see authentic Thai culture.
The Palm Crescent complex is brand-new and was constructed in a modern manner. It consists of low elevated structures that are situated right next to the golf course.
If you rent a property, you can play golf at the Palm Hills course during peak season for a discounted green fee of up between 50% off.

Condo
Situated within the Palm Hills Golf & Residence’s territory on the first floor in beautiful surroundings, making the condo to the right place to spend a relaxing holiday.
It was built in 2009 and is 128m ² + 3 balconies, which are divided into 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with open kitchen. There are more than enough room for 4 people in Condo.
The Condo is fully air-conditioned.
The bed in the second bedroom can be separated, so it becomes two single beds.
The Condo is fully furnished, in addition there are satellite TV, Internet, washing machine, towels, bed clothes, and full kitchen.
Location
The Condo is located on Palm Hills Golf & Residence area, located on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand, 225 km south of Bangkok. The journey takes between 2 ½ to 3 hours depending on traffic, which occurs via a good road.
A taxi from the airport in Bangkok costs about THB2,500.00 or EUR65.00, while a minibus for between 6 and 8 people cost around THB3,500.00 or EUR90.00. Help can be given with booking of transportation to Palm Hills Golf & Residence.
It is also possible to fly direct with either Thai Air, AirAsia or Batic Air from Hua Hin for a visit to Kuala Lumpur.

The Condo is around 8 miles (ca. 13 km) outside Hua Hin, where there is everything from a bustling night market, cosy restaurants in narrow streets to those that are built on stilts into the water. A taxi to the city costs around THB250.00 or EUR7.00 and is easy to book from the condo.

Golf
Palm Hills 18 hole golf course opened in 1991, the course was the first in Thailand that was used for the holding of a World Pro Am in 1993. The course has since been modified slightly and stands today as one of the best in Cha-Am/Hua Hin area.
The clubhouse is in Thai-style with excellent facilities such as a good pro shop and an excellent restaurant and bar (better known as hole No. 19).
Should you be interested in playing on other courses, 9 alternative courses are within 20 to30 minutes drive from Palm Hills. Just to mention a few of them, Black Mountain, which is demanding as it goes up and down and used by the PGA European Tour, Spring Fields, designed by Jack Nicklaus, having the Park like feeling seen on the US PGA and Sea Pines which can be compared to a links course, so there are challenges for everybody.
Sports Club
Less than 100 m from the Condo you will find a well-equipped Sports Club, including a great big swimming pool, tennis, squash, fitness centre and other sports.
Included in the rent is the use of the swimming pool, if you want to make use of any other facility a small fee will be charged, payable at the restaurant at the swimming pool.
At Sports Club, you will also find a good restaurant for a quick lunch, which also have free Wi-Fi.
Other activities
If not the whole holiday should be spent on golf, there are many other alternatives to activities in and around Hua Hin.
In Hua Hin or within 30 minutes drive there are many possibilities. As some examples; kite surfing, good beaches, early morning visit to the old Hua Hin market, trip to the monkeys at the mountain, visit to Monsoon Vally Vineyard which is located outside Hua Hin or maybe it should just be a trip through the old part of Hua Hin with a lunch at a local restaurant.
If you want to go on a day trip, the trip could go to the bridge over the River Kwai, the Mangrove Forest park in Pran Buri or a visit to Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park there are many options.

The price for renting the Condo will be dependent on which time of the year it is desired and for how long. The quoted price below is for 1 month, 3 months and 6 months, however, some flexibility is available.

Included in the rent if rented 1 month is, water consumption, IPTV and internet. Electricity consumption will be settled separately after the rental period according to meter, by deduction from the deposit.
If the rental period is more than 3 months, IPTV and internet is included in the rent. Water and electricity consumption will be paid by the tenor according to invoice provided by the owner.
If the Condo is desired to be rented for a period longer than 6 months special offer can be given.
